We provide guidance and support relating to policy development and training plans to comply with provincial legislation. This includes regulations under the OHSA, ESA, and Human Rights Code.

 

Development of Employee Handbook with required policies or revisions of current policies including health and safety legislation, Workplace Harassment and Violence, AODA, Accommodation, Progressive Discipline, Attendance and Absenteeism, Alcohol and Substance Abuse, Privacy, Telecommunications, Hours of Work and Overtime, Sick and Personal Days, and Vacation and Public Holidays.

Assessing policies and compliance with legislation under the Occupational Health & Safety Act of Ontario. Establishing best practices and policies relating to Work Refusals, WSIB, Ergonomics assessments, Work From Home Policies, Violence and Harassment Prevention, and Workplace Investigations.
