Sandra and Marina are two experienced HR professionals who understand that not all businesses have or need a full-time HR department, they need the right HR expertise, at the right time, delivered in a way that works for them.
We bring practical, strategic and people-focused HR support to small and medium-sized businesses, not-for-profits and growing organizations.

Whether you are building your business, navigating growth and change, strengthening your workplace culture, developing leaders or dealing with a difficult employee issue, we provide practical advice you can put into action.
Sandra is an enthusiastic and passionate HR professional and a postgraduate in Human Resources Management. She has more than thirty years of experience in generalist and strategic Human Resources Management, and strongly believes the Human Resources function should enhance an organization for the benefit of employee and employer. She has held senior HR roles in the Financial Services, Information Technology, Call Centre and the Business Consultancy sectors with her expertise in employee relations, strategic planning, training, performance management, change management, occupational health & safety, disability management and mergers & acquisitions.
After studying for her Master of Education from Brock University she also loves teaching the HR Management Program and supporting, developing and mentoring students at the beginning of their HR career. In her free time, Sandra enjoys travel, cooking and baking, walking, good food and wine, and time with her dog Ted.
Marina is an HR Professional with twenty-five years of combined HR Management and Business Management experience within corporate travel, not-for-profit, and customer service support sectors. Marina is a Certified Human Resources Leader with the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA), has studied Human Resources Management at McMaster University and Labour Studies at Brock University. As a lifelong learner, she is passionate about developing successful training programs and cultivating strategies for employee engagement with her clients. Her areas of expertise include employee relations, training and development, performance management, occupational health and safety, strategic planning, and employee engagement.
As an HRPA member, Marina has mentored junior HR professionals in the HR Mentorship Program. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, hiking the various trails in the Niagara Region, and spending time with family and friends.
